No guaranteed returns: AI trading algorithms do not guarantee profits. All AI-generated trades carry market risk and may result in losses.
Algorithm limitations: AI systems are based on historical data patterns and statistical models that may not accurately predict future market conditions. Markets can behave in ways that are outside the parameters of any AI model.
System dependency: AI trading sessions require an active Bot contract. You are responsible for ensuring your Bot contract remains valid and funded.
Profit split: The profit distribution of 70% (user) and 30% (AI software) applies only to completed trading sessions and only to profits generated. Losses are borne by the user.
No human oversight guarantee: Automated systems may open and close positions without real-time human supervision. You accept full responsibility for positions executed by AI tools on your account.
Technology risk: AI systems may experience downtime, errors, or reduced performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any AI feature.

5. Trading Session Terms

Trading sessions on the Edge360 Markets platform are governed by the following terms:

Withdrawals become available following the completion of the initial and second trading sessions.
Sessions are AI-driven and operate within defined parameters. Results will vary between sessions.
The Company makes no representation that any specific profit target will be achieved within any trading session.

A specific rate of return on any investment or trading activity
Capital preservation or protection from loss
